At Buckland Manor we are committed to making our guests’ experience as relaxing as possible. To ensure that we cater for all our guests’ needs, we ask that you call in advance to discuss any special requirements so our team can do everything they can to ensure you have an enjoyable stay.
Making the Reservation
Enquiries and reservations may be made by telephone, fax or email.
Should you wish to take a taxi from Moreton in Marsh Train Station, this is a 25 minute drive. Birmingham Airport is approximately a 1 hour drive and Heathrow less than 2 hours.
We would welcome the opportunity to discuss your requirements pre-arrival.

On Arrival
Car Park is mostly on a level
The car park has a gravel surface
Drop-off point at the front door for wheelchair access
Porter assistance for both cars and luggage
Six steps into main Reception. Wheelchair access is via a ramp at the rear of the Hotel.

Access to the Restaurant and ground floor rooms is on a flat surface, part carpet and part stone
Our corridors are wide enough to accommodate a wheelchair
Staff trained in disability awareness

We do not have a lift at the hotel
Toilet facilities have restricted access for wheelchair users, our ground floor bedroom may be used when available

Grab rails in shower room
Pull cords for alarms in bathroom
The Restaurant
Full waiter service provided at breakfast, lunch and dinner
Please let us know in advance if you have any special dietary needs
There is ample moveable seating and there are chairs without arms
The restaurant area is well lit, with lots of natural daylight during daytime hours
The Gardens
Our gardens can be accessed via the rear of the hotel. There are a series of gravel pathways that go around the gardens.
Evacuation
In the event of evacuation the bells will ring continuously. If you require assistance for evacuating please notify us on arrival.
