Will Guthrie
Will joined the team at Buckland Manor in February 2011, so is still a relatively new member of the team, but he has already created an excellent reputation for his fine cuisine locally and with hotel guests.
Will began his career Llangoed Hall then owned by Sir Bernard Ashley and had 3 rosettes and one Michelin star, four red stars by AA and was voted ‘Hotel of the Year’. Forging a career in some of the best kitchens in the country Will then took on his first Head Chef position at the age of only 27. He has consistently worked to a high standard and achieved many awards and accolades for his cuisine.
Now settling into his role at Buckland Manor, we look forward to Will further enhancing the dining experience, his love of local produce and seasonal ingredients from the lush countryside surrounding the hotel will help him achieve this.
