Your Wedding Day
There are four very special areas licensed for weddings and civil partnerships. These can be taken on their own for the service and reception or taken all together, depending on the size of your party.
The Morning Room – A charming intimate room, perfect for up to 12 guests for the ceremony. It is a beautiful light room facing the rear landscaped gardens with an open fireplace. This can then be changed into a private dining room for the reception afterwards.
The Main Lounge – A gorgeous, traditional oak panelled room with an open fireplace, suitable for a reception for up to 30 people.
The Dining Room – A stunning double aspect elegant room that can hold 45 people for the ceremony and can then be re-arranged for the reception. It is a beautiful, light room with views over the gardens.
The Summer House – A truly magical venue, within the rose garden, behind the croquet lawn. A quintessentially English garden setting, that can be candlelit for a romantic twilight service.
The pretty 13th Century village church stands next to Buckland Manor, with prior arrangement, the church is able to perform a blessing for your marriage, certain restrictions apply. After the blessing, you can lead the wedding party through the walled garden into Buckland Manor for your reception.
