New Year’s Eve Day is yours to enjoy at leisure, whether exploring the castle’s hidden corners or simply unwinding in the historic surroundings. A glamorous black-tie gala awaits when night falls, beginning with a Nyetimber reception and an exquisite seven-course tasting menu with fine wines. As midnight approaches, raise a glass beneath the spectacular fireworks display on the castle grounds, ushering in the New Year in unforgettable style.

New Year’s Day begins with a celebratory breakfast featuring Bloody Mary’s and Buck’s Fizz, followed by an afternoon gathering around the firepit with toasted marshmallows and warming hot toddies. As the final moments of your retreat draw near, enjoy one last elegant à la carte dinner, bringing your New Year’s escape to a perfect, unforgettable close.

Our two-night New Year's Eve package includes the above for either 30th December - New Year's Day or New Year's Eve - 2nd January.

Please note that although each of the evening events are adult only, children are welcome to stay if a baby sitter is arranged by their parents.
